These are fun to do. My camera does something similar. Yours looks good. It's a little harder to see in the center but those faces are so great, that it just works.
I like the softness of it. And the slightly old-fashioned look of the sepia tone.No doubt about who's in the photo :-)
I don't think you went far enough .. still looks real and not cartoonie.
