Looks like an odd sort of windmill...???
:) It's our little weather station in the garden.
Are you a reporting weather station?
We could add it to a reporting network but this only enlightens me most of the time .. Wind speed by the horizontal cups ... along with temp, humidity, direction of wind and barometric pressures. It also predicts a day out the weather. My toy :o)>
